We strive to ship orders within 3-5 business days of receipt. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may request a refund within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

• Item must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Item must be in original packaging
• You must provide proof of purchase

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless defective.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval.
